Broker/Agent/Sales personnel presents to the Buyer the details of Cabanatuan East. The presentation includes information such as the overview, available Cabanatuan East house models, amenities and financing options.

Site Visit

Cabanatuan East is visited by the Buyer with an accredited ServeQuest Seller or broker/agent for a better appreciation of the property's location, amenities, features and other places of interest in the area.

Reservation Agreement

Reservation Agreement

The Buyer chooses the house and lot of Cabanatuan East property he/she wants to purchase. The Buyer will be briefed by the accredited ServeQuest Seller or broker/agent of the Buyer's Information Sheet, Quotation Sheet and Reservation Agreement before he/she is asked to sign them.

The brief will cover discussion of the reservation process, documentary requirements, step-by-step process, including Pag-ibig and bank financing process, prior to Move-in or House Turnover, housing and administrative policies and the timeline.

The purchase is formalized upon payment of the reservation fee in ServeQuest Properties Corp. Office (Main/Site).

Submission of Requirements

After the briefing and securing copies of duly filled-out forms, the Buyer is given 30 days upon reservation to submit the necessary documents (as required) for the purchase. Requirements may vary depending on employment status (if Locally Employed, Self-employed, or OFW) and payment scheme (cash, Pag-ibig or bank financing).

The chosen Cabanatuan East property/unit is already reserved under the Buyer's name.

Move-In / Turnover of Property

Move-In / Turnover of Property

As soon as the house construction is completed and provided all finances are settled, the Cabanatuan East property/unit is delivered to the Buyer.

Prior to move-in, the Buyer and ServeQuest Properties Corp., will conduct a joint inspection of the unit due for turnover to confirm that all commitments are delivered.

Real Property Tax & Homeowners Association Dues

When the Buyer has moved-in, he/she has the obligation to pay the Real Property Tax and Homeowner’s Association Dues of Cabanatuan East.
